The Dopamine Reset
A 4-week, self-paced program to get your attention back.
I made this course because I think we have a real fast-dopamine problem right now, this constant pull to always be entertained.
You pick up your phone to check one thing, and somehow two hours disappear. And it's not only scrolling: choosing the slow thing, doing the hard thing, keeps getting harder, because once your brain gets used to the instant version of everything, anything slower starts to feel unbearable by comparison.
I don't think that means something is wrong with you. I think your brain is doing exactly what it's been trained to do, and shame has never once fixed that.
That’s why I made this course: to help you actually understand the science of dopamine, so you can build sustainable, healthy habits instead of forcing yourself through the same cycle over and over.
Not just to scroll less, but to actually do the hard things, reach the goals that matter to you, and enjoy building the life you want instead of white-knuckling your way through it. That's what the four weeks of the course are built around.

Build slow dopamine habits
Fast dopamine gives you a quick hit and quietly takes more than it gave back. Inside the course, you'll build your own Dopamine Menu, a real list of things that restore you instead of draining you, so the better choice finally feels easier to reach for than your phone.
Get your attention back
Every short lesson pairs with a real practice (a walk without your phone, twenty minutes of actual solitude) and over four weeks, those small repetitions retrain your brain to enjoy the feeling of boredom instead of filling it with constant entertainment.
Feel like yourself again
This isn't about becoming more disciplined. It's about understanding what was actually driving the old pattern in the first place, so you can finally trust yourself again instead of feeling like doomscrolling means there’s something wrong with you that you just can't fix.

No. Doomscrolling is just the most obvious example. This course is really about the bigger pattern underneath it: living in a world built to keep us entertained all the time, forgetting how to sit with boredom, and finding it harder and harder to work toward your goals because something is always pulling your attention away.
-
No. I'm not a therapist, medical professional, or addiction specialist, and this course isn't designed to treat addiction or compulsive behavior in a clinical sense. It's a self-improvement tool, the same one I use in my own life as someone who cares about personal growth and working toward my goals. If you think you're dealing with something more clinical, please reach out to a qualified professional.
